PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that accurate control is impossible when a position detecting element deforms during the work in the case where a set of substrate loading a position detecting element to the substrate is fixed to an insulator fixed to a stator. SOLUTION: A means of the invention for accurately controlling a DC motor includes a projected insulator and a tapered groove made of a molded plastic material and an elongated hole bored on the substrate with the press work. According to this means, a position detecting element is forcibly located to the regular position to realize accurate control. Thereby, accurate control can be realized and a magnet can be shortened to save the cost.
