PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide data transmitting method, system and device which efficiently realize time division relay transmission for isochronous data. SOLUTION: A central device 10 performs periodical polling. A terminal device 20 transmits a plurality of frames for the reception of polling. A repeater 30 detects the transmission end of the plurality of frames transmitted from the device 20 through a radio transmission line 40 based on carrier sense by an included carrier detecting part 308. The repeater 30 retransmits only a frame received without an error to the device 10 at the same time with the detection.
