PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger which may not easily come off from a pole and is convenient. SOLUTION: When a first hook part (lower hook) 3 and a second hook part (upper hook) 2 which are respectively formed into a C-shape are connected to each other into an S-shape so as to be opposed to each other, the base end parts 3a, 2a of the first hook part 3 and second hood part 2 are connected to each other rotatably through a rotary shaft 5, and also an arm 4 for opening/ closing the opening part 23 of the second hook part 2 with the rotation of the first hook part 3 is integrally formed on the base end part 3a of the first hook part 3.
