<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for storing and retrieving audio/video data comprising additional information, by which retrieval is easily performed since audio/video data is stored by comprising additional information of a program desired by a user. SOLUTION: A TS packet is decoded to read additional information with respect to an audio/video packet desired by the user by a PSI packet, it is inserted to the specified area of the audio/video packet and stored and, then, additional information is analyzed and retrieved. Then in this invention, additional information is extracted, inserted to the specified area, audio/video data is stored and, then, the capacitance of a storage medium is reduced so that retrieval speed is improved by performing retrieval through the use of additional information included in the specified area.</p> |
