<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the so-called 'barrier-free information terminal equipment' which is easy of accessable through a simple means, for a user which is physically disabled, and naturally a normal user. SOLUTION: This information terminal equipment is provided with a display 3, equipped with an input means making access to displayed necessary information and a cabinet 2, and the display 3, is connected electrically with the cabinet 2. Hardware, which combines the display 3 movably with the cabinet 2 and software is packaged. A combining means consists of a plurality of free stop hinges S4 provided with stays S1, S2, air dampers S3 and hinge mechanism. By using the combining means, the display 3 is combined mechanically with the cabinet 2 in the front of the user, in such a manner that the display 3 is positioned adjustable below the line of sight of the user.</p> |
