PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically return a change in a car body attitude of a two- wheeler based on loading weight to a normal state according to a start of travel without returning the change by manual operation, and to provide such a constitution suitable for use for a thin front fork. SOLUTION: A piston rod 24 extending from an oil damper 4 by being movably interposed in the shaft direction over the inside of an outer tube 1 and an inner tube 2 fitted and inserted in a telescopic shape by sandwiching the oil damper 4 provided with a car height adjusting mechanism by a suspension spring 3 and an adjusting jack 5, is connected to the outer tube 1. A length change in the suspension spring 3 caused by an increase in a front wheel bearing load is corrected by extending and contracting the adjusting jack 5 by the car height adjusting mechanism of the oil damper 4 acting by relative vibration between a car body and a front wheel at two wheeler traveling time to always keep a car height of a car body front part in the prescribed height in spite of a change in the front wheel bearing load.
