PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method of dissolving to separate a plating layer from a metal base body without damaging of the plating layer and the metal base body when in manufacturing an aperture grill using plating method. SOLUTION: An electric conductive layer is formed at a resist layer surface, which is a portion of an outer periphery of an aperture grill shape of plating layer, before any layer of a plurality of electric plated layers is formed. Thereafter, the electric plating is continuously performed and the resist is removed, and then blade shaped portion formed from electric plated layers formed at the electric conductive layer and a surface of the electric conductive layer is provided and the a portion of the plated layer is removed, so that the aperture grill shape of plating layer is separated from the metal base body.
