PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that can serve a broadcast program and CMs stored on a network while relating them with each other. SOLUTION: A URL is assigned respectively to each CM (2nd contents) stored in a CM storage device 3 on a network 5 and tag information to specify the URL of the CM to be reproduced while relating it with a program (1st contents) is imbedded to the program broadcast through a satellite digital broadcasting network 6 by a TV broadcast unit 2. A TV commerce terminal 1 specifies the URL on the basis of the tap information imbedded in the received program to acquire the CM to which the URL is assigned.
