PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packet destination address generating method and system that logically generates a destination address given to a pseudo packet transmitted for a load test with respect to each component of an Internet type data communication network and to provide a recording medium with recorded a packet destination address generating program. SOLUTION: Let an address incident at the i-th order be X1, then X0=1, L(1,1)= 1} and i=1 are set as initialization to generate an address sequence Xi; i=0,1,2, etc.}, (step S11).
