PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmitting pulley made of the resin while preventing the generation of crack and restricting the moment of inertia of the pulley. SOLUTION: A pulley 18 is provided with a shaft insertion hole 20 and bolt insertion holes 21. These bolt insertion holes 21 are communicated with the shaft insertion hole 20. The pulley 18 is formed into a cylindrical shape, and provided with a boss part at a central part thereof. The boss part is formed with the shaft insertion hole 20 and the bolt insertion holes 21.
