PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a burner with a stable quantity of gas against the quantity of lifting of the valve body, get, especially, middle thermal power and small thermal power stably, perform gas shutting off without fail, and omit an O ring for the valve seat of a conventional separate part. SOLUTION: The first seal face 2, the second seal face 3, and the third seal face 4, changing in bore in three stages, are made at the inner face 1a of a valve body 1. A lateral hole 5 is made at the first seal face 2. The first shut off part 11 to slide on the first seal face 2, the second shut off part 12 free of contact with and separation from the second seal face 3, and the third shut off part 13 free of contact with and separate from the third seal face 4 are made at the outer face of the valve body 10. A tapered section 14 is provided at the outer face of the third shut off part 13, and a gas passage 15 for small fire is provided inside it. The valve body 10 is switched over into a middle fire and large fire adjusting range P1, a small fire adjusting position P2, and a shut off position P3, being driven in a certain range by a driver 20.
