PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless base station device provided with an interference canceller that simply conducts ranking processing and can produce a replica signal with high accuracy and with less processing delay and less inverse spread arithmetic quantity and to provide its wireless communication method. SOLUTION: A replica signal generated by each replica generating circuit is fed to a synthesis circuit 203 via a bus 204. The synthesis circuit 203 receives the replica signals from boards X-Z to synthesize the replica signals. A channel assignment control circuit 202 assigns a new channel so that a relation between ranking and likelihood is almost uniformized among the boards X-Z being subsets on the basis of likelihood information reported from the boards X-Z, a contained symbol rate and a contained service (an audio signal and a packet signal) and a target SIR or the like and gives an assignment control signal to the boards X-Z.
