PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a broad utilization having an operation device, such as a mounting device by providing an imaging means installed at a head unit and the like with versatility. SOLUTION: A frame 16 is raised/lowered by a servomotor 21 for the entire vertical movement relative to a head unit body 15, and a suction head 20 is raised/lowered by an air cylinder relative to the frame 16, with a camera 40 and a lighting device 41 being fitted thereon. At mounting of a component, with the component sucked to the suction head 20, the frame 16 is moved in Z-axis direction by the servomotor 21 up to a position where the camera 40 focuses on a substrate, and the suction head 20 is lowered by the air cylinder by a prescribed stroke, so that a part is attached to the substrate.
