PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deformable mirror which can be easily formed and which can be easily and precisely deformed into various kinds of desired forms. SOLUTION: The deformable mirror 20 according to this invention has a mirror body 26 in which the form of the reflection face can be deformed and which has a one face 26b having a function as the reflection face and made from an elastic or flexible material. The rigidity of the mirror body 26 varies in the direction along the aforementioned face. |
