PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message service system where the arrival sequence of message can be made proper. SOLUTION: Every time service centers 111 and 112 store a message, a message information storage section (MWD) of a message management unit (e.g. an HLR 121) stores message information for every mobile unit being a message transmission destination in the order of reception times of the service centers or the transmission times of a sender. The message management unit instructs the service center storing the message to transmit the message to the destination mobile unit on the basis of the message information stored at the top of the message storage section for every message transmission destination. Upon the receipt of the message by the transmission destination mobile unit, the message information is deleted from the message information storage section.
