<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify the relation between range-directional reflection intensity distribution and Doppler frequency to improve the recognition certainty of a vessel target by ISAR by vertically displaying an ISAR image and a range profile vertically in a line one above another while matching the ISAR image to the actual length of the range profile. SOLUTION: This radar device comprises a transmitter 1 for generating a transmission signal; an antenna 3 for transmitting the transmission signal and receiving a reflection signal from the target; a receiver 4 for receiving the reflection signal to generate a video signal; an ISAR processing part 5c for performing a synthetic aperture processing to the video signal to generate an ISAR image signal and the image signal of the range profile; and a display processing part 5d for generating a display signal for displaying these image signals on the same screen.</p> |
