PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appliance for preventing a fire due to electric short in earthquake. SOLUTION: A pulley (A) having a shaft and die (B) are fixed to a breaker box. A thread is fixed to a weight (C) loaded on the die and fixed to a leading end of a switch of the breaker through the pulley. In earthquake, the weight is fallen from the die to pull the thread and then the switch of the breaker is pulled to operated the breaker by the thread.
