PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable stationary induction electric apparatus, which can prevent local overheating even when a loss is caused by a leakage flux entering into the sidewall of a tank from a winding and entering the sidewall of a tank by cooling the sidewall from both surfaces with a cooling medium (not shown), which is made to flow through cooling flow passages formed on the outside of the side wall at the periphery of a lead wire lead-out hole, which is made through the sidewall facing the winding for leading a lead wire led out from the winding to the outside. SOLUTION: A cooling flow passage is formed in the periphery of the lead wire leading-out hole, which is formed through the sidewall of the tank facing the winding, to lead the lead wire led out from the winding to the outside.
