PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct the manual work for carrying-in segments lightly and quickly in the small-diameter shield work. SOLUTION: This segment conveying device is provided with a segment conveying carriage 22 having a lower carriage 23 arranged travelably on the rail installed from the vertical shaft side of a shield tunnel to the working face side, a roller conveyor 24 integrally arranged on the lower carriage 23, and a segment loading base 40 movable in a carriage traveling direction via the roller conveyor 24 and capable of being fixed or separated to or from the lower carriage 23 and a lift device 30 having a lift frame 31 arranged on a shield bottom face, a lift base 32 provided on the lift frame 31, a roller conveyor 33 integrally arranged on the lift base 32, and a parallel link mechanism 34 with a hydraulic cylinder vertically moving the lift base 32 while holding it horizontally and provided between the lift frame 31 and the lift base 32.
