PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supplier which can control excessive delivery of hot water. SOLUTION: This hot water supplier is provided with a flow-adjusting valve 8 which adjusts the quantity of hot water for delivery, and a quantity-of-water sensor 9 which detects the quantity of hot water for delivery. Moreover, the quantity of water scheduled to be used in that hot water supplier 1 is registered in advance, in the control part 10 of a hot water supplier. Then, during the operation of the hot water supplier 1, this compares the quantity of hot water for delivery with the quantity of set water in the control part 10, and in case that the quantity of hot water for delivery is over the set quantity of water, this informs the outside of the effect, or adjusts the quantity of hot water for delivery so as to be the set quantity of water, by controlling a flow regulating valve 8.
