PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection method and a liquid injection device capable of recovering and reusing liquid in piping for connecting a tank and a nozzle part without touching the atmosphere. SOLUTION: Before injecting liquid 3 into an injection object part 29 from the nozzle part 23, the inside of the tank 1 for holding the degassed liquid 3 is opened in the atmosphere, and at the same time, the inside of the other tank 2 is reduced in pressure, and a valve 21 and a valve 22 are simultaneously opened. Thus, the liquid in the piping 19 for connecting the tank 1 opened in the atmosphere and the nozzle part 23 is moved in the other tank 2 without touching the atmosphere by a difference between pressure in the tank 1 holding the degassed liquid 3 and being opened in the atmosphere and pressure in the pressure-reduced other tank 2, and can be recovered and reused.
