PURPOSE: An Internet advertisement method is provided to increase the effect of an advertisement by attracting the interest of users, and by enabling the user to repeatedly read the advertisement. CONSTITUTION: An intermediate server connects various advertisement images received from an information provider to the network. In addition, the intermediate server stores and manages various advertisement information. The intermediate server registers and stores user information. A user selects and reads an advertisement program and accumulates the fixed amount of money through the intermediate server. The intermediate server stores and manages the amount of money accumulated. In case that the user wants to read each advertisement, the intermediate server outputs respectively the advertisements on the Internet. The intermediate server provides information to the user. The intermediate server stores and manages information in order to give the fixed amount of money to the user. In case that the user performs an authentication process and wants to receive the amount of money, the intermediate server provides the amount of money.
