PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding machine for a thermal insulation casing, capable of more reducing the deformation of an inner case of the case used for a refrigerator or the like. SOLUTION: The molding machine for the thermal insulation casing comprises a case body, having a filling space 1b formed between an outer case 2 and the inner case 3 of a substantially rectangular shape opened at front surfaces of the both and mounted in an outer jet formed to meet a profile shape of the case 2, and a retaining jig 5 of a substantially rectangular shape formed to match with the inner surface shape of the inner case and mounted at the outer jib, thereby forming the heat insulation case 1 by filling and foam solidifying the foamed heat insulation material 4 in the space 1b. In this case, a gap of about 1 mm is provided between the side face of the case 3 and the jig 5. A smooth protrusion 5d is provided at the bottom corner of the jig 5 opposed to a back surface of the case 3. A base surface corner of the case 3 can be retained by the protrusion 5d, and the case 1 can be formed, while suppressing a deformation of the case 3.
