MATRIX TYPED ALGESIC ANTI-INFLAMMATORY AGENT FOR TRANSDERMAL ADMINISTRATION CONTAINING DICLOFENAC

PURPOSE: A matrix typed algesic anti-inflammatory agent for transdermal administration containing Diclofenac is provided, thereby improving its skin-penetration and adhesion and decreasing time for its producing. CONSTITUTION: The matrix typed algesic anti-inflammatory agent for transdermal administration comprises a backing film which protects a drug; a matrix film containing an active drug; and a release liner film which is removed from the agent prior to using, in which the matrix film contains 1 to 25 wt.% of Diclofenac diethylammonium salt; 40 to 95 wt.% of water-insoluble acryl macromolecule as an adhesive component; 0.1 to 20 wt.% of nonionic surfactant selected from glyceryl monooleate, glyceryl monolaurate and sorbitan monooleate; 0.1 to 10 wt.% of menthol; and 0.1 to 10 wt.% of dissolution assistant selected from triacetin, isopropyl alcohol and propylene glycol, in which the water-insoluble acryl macromolecule is a monopolymer or a copolymer selected from 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, vinyl acrylate and vinyl acrylic acid.
