PURPOSE: A grill is provided to lengthen the time until a temperature sensor is operated, to reduce remaining water in a grill dish and prevent the remaining water from spattering forward by discharging water from the grill dish except the sensor contact portion of the grill dish and to prevent the juice from food from being burned by cooling the grill dish. CONSTITUTION: A grill(1) is integrally assembled into the center of a gas burner(2). The grill contains a grill chamber and the grill chamber contains an air exhaust pipe(5) connected to an air exhaust hole(28) formed on the gas burner, and a grill door(12) with heat resistant glass. The grill door is installed in the grill chamber through a frame(13) and an air blowing hole is formed at the bottom of the glass to cool a grill dish(3). The frame supports and moves the grill dish. A gridiron(4) is put into the grill chamber with the grill dish by putting a supporting member(41) on a gridiron supporter(31). A grill burner(14) is attached on the ceiling of the grill chamber and a temperature sensor(15) is placed at the bottom of the grill chamber to measure the temperature of the grill dish.
