PURPOSE: A multi-ROM(Read Only Memory) writer is provided to rewrite the saved contents of a flash ROM of plural kinds. CONSTITUTION: A multi-ROM writer(1) consists of a display unit(11) displaying a menu, operation commands or error data, an operating key(12) for inputting the operation commands, a cable connector(13) connected with an equipment having a flash ROM to be rewritten, a PC(Personal Computer) card slot(14) accepting a PC card(2) to verify the PC card, and an injector button(15). A program or data corresponding to the flash ROM to be rewritten is read out of the PC card. The read program is operated to perform rewriting of the flash ROM. Therefore, various kinds of flash memories are easily rewritten.
