PURPOSE: A polyvinyl chloride resin compounding composition for coating polyester capable of uniformly coating polyester yarn with polyvinyl chloride resin is provided, which has optimum physical properties for the manufacture of yarn by coating polyester yarn. CONSTITUTION: This resin compounding composition comprises polyvinyl chloride resin, 15 to 60 parts by weight of a phthalic acid or adipic acid based plasticizer and 5 to 100 parts by weight of an inorganic or halogen based and phosphorous based flame retardant based on 100 parts by weight of the polyvinyl chloride resin.
