<p>A method of manufacturing an unvulcanised waterproof adhesive waterproof sheet comprises the steps of: agitating a rubber main material compound of either natural or synthetic rubber with a vulcanising agent, an age register, an adhesion-providing agent, a softener and a filler to produce a raw rubber material, rolling/calendering the raw rubber material into a constant width and thickness thereby producing a waterproof sheet, and attaching a releasing paper to both surfaces of the waterproof sheet. The age register may include at least one of phenylisopropyl-p-phenyllenediamin, polymerised trimethyl dihydroquinoline or styremeated phenol. The adhesion-providing agent may include at least one of tragacanth rubber or polyvinyl poval being affined with water. Also disclosed is a construction method using an unvulcanised adhesive waterproof sheet as manufactured by the above method, the construction method comprising the steps of: making one surface of the waterproof sheet attach to a surface of a structure surface and making the other surface of the waterproof sheet attach to wet mortar with a constant thickness, wherein the sheet is turned into a vulcanised rubber so as to achieve waterproofing of the structure after the construction.</p> |
