PURPOSE: A cap with a foldable visor is provided to increase the convenience of storage and the convenience of carrying, and to allow a user to keep a small size object by using a pocket formed in the cap. CONSTITUTION: The cap with a foldable visor located on the front side consists of a visor frame, and a cloth coupled to the upper and the lower surfaces of the visor frame. The visor fame is divided into several pieces. The cloth(70) having a size same with the size of the divided each piece is attached to any one surface among the upper and the lower surfaces of the divided several pieces, and the cloth(80) having a size same with the whole size of the divided pieces is attached to the other surface of the divided several pieces. The visor frame is foldable about the divided surfaces of the visor frame.
