PURPOSE: A stand of ladder type for supporting the protruded advertising signboard is provided to easily attach the signboard and protect the outer wall side by constructing at least two pipes and adding alternative pipes across the pipes to form H-shaped construction without perforation of the wall. CONSTITUTION: The stand of ladder type comprises two longitudinal steel pipes (1); multiple transversal steel pipes perpendicular to and arranged and secured between the pipes (1) by welding process to form H-shaped supporting stand for the signboard; and projection portions (3) attachable to the wall side. The supporting stand can be attached to outer wall side (5) of any building by boring holes through the wall for inserting any coupling devices such as anchor bolt or nuts; and connecting the wall with the projection portion by the coupling device to result good appearance of the wall without a number of holes and coupling devices for fixing the signboard to the wall.
