PURPOSE: A coil spring pencil holder is provided to improve the efficiency of work by holding a pencil, a ball-point pen and glasses for a while in a field work and to supply convenience and security by sticking on a T-shirt, a Y-shirt or a jacket. CONSTITUTION: The coil spring pencil holder includes the coil spring. Thereby the pen and the pencil are used easily and softly. It needs the good processing because of exposure to the outside. This pencil holder is used everywhere, in which the pencil holder for the outside is needed and manages the ball-point pen, the pencil and glasses and is stuck on the outside of the clothes and is used as the outer decoration sometimes. The pencil holder is stuck by bond, magnet, screws and pins and is used at home, at work, in the office or on the interior of the car.
