PURPOSE: A multifunctional boat is provided to stably and solidly mount convenient equipments at the appropriate place on the boat, and expand the range of using the boat. CONSTITUTION: A multifunctional boat includes at least one or more connecting grooves(10) passing through the center part of a tube(1) which is an essential constituent member of the boat for mounting various convenient arrangements, and a skate apparatus installed at the lower part of the tube for running the boat reasonably on the ice, a slime at the bank, and a field of reeds as well as the water surface, wherein a reinforcement bar(20) is selectively mounted with a screw part(21) vertically at the connecting grooves.
