PURPOSE: A method for preparing tea powder mixed of Houttuynia cordata and green tea is provided, therefore, one can take easily the active principles of Houttuynia cordata and green tea at a time. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing tea powder mixed of Houttuynia cordata and green tea comprises the steps of (i) a first step to prepare powdered Houttuynia cordata; (ii) a second step to prepare powdered green tea; (iii) a third step to mix the prepared powders of Houttuynia cordata and green tea in a proper ratio; and (iv) a fourth step to put in a pack made of non-woven fabric or cloth.
