PURPOSE: A method for learning a visit foreign language using a puppet show through the Internet is provided to study foreign languages by watching a puppet show by constructing a studying database in a server and constructing a plurality of databases strong puppet shows being expressed by foreign languages according to countries for studying a foreign language. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a server using the Internet as a client and it is identified whether the user is a member or not. If user is not a member, it is confirmed whether the user watches a sample studying database and it is identified whether the user wishes to join for a membership. If the user wishes to join for a membership, a membership fee is paid and the information is stored in a member database. If a member selects a studying database, the member watches the corresponding studying database. If the watching is completed, it is confirmed whether the member wishes to watch another studying database. If the member wishes to watch another studying database, the member selects and watches another studying database. If the member does not wish to watch another studying database, it is confirmed whether the member wishes to request to a visit studying. If the member wishes to request to a visit studying, the member writes a visit studying request condition.
