SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING PERSONALIZED VOICE INFORMATION SERVICE

PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing personalized voice information are provided to effectively supply necessary information to a user by dynamically generating a VoiceXML document for a personal voice information service according to registered contents of service items, by analyzing the document, and by providing a voice output executed through a telephone network. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a web server through the Internet(310). A login process is performed(312). The user registers service items which the user wants and telephone connection conditions(314), and stores the items and conditions in a database(316). A web server periodically polls the connections(330). A database searches a telephone number and an ID of the user(332) and reports the number and the ID to a server connected to a telephone network(334). An outbounding telephone connection is set up(336). A voice output is provided according to a basic scenario(338). A user authentication process is optional(339). The server connected to the telephone network makes requests for the VoiceXML document to the web server(340). The service items are read(350). The VoiceXML is dynamically generated(352) and provided to the server(354). The server analyzes the VoiceXML document received from the web server(360).
