PURPOSE: Provided is a plasmid which is useful for the improvement of Coryneform bacterium, Corynebacterium thermoaminogenes, growing at high temperature. CONSTITUTION: The plasmid or its derivative is isolated from Corynebacterium thermoaminogenes FERM BP-1539, FERM BP-1540, FERM BP-1541 and FERM BP-1542, and contains Rep protein coding gene which has an amino acid sequence of the SEQ ID NO:2 or amino acid sequence having 90% homology to the amino acid sequence of the SEQ ID NO:2. It has 4.4kb or about 6kp in its size.
