<p>The machine consists of a tubular body provided with internal grooves and closed at one end or base by a disc provided with a number of holes surrounding another central hole. The disc is held stationary by a ring screwed on to the main body. The holes are for the forced outlet of solid macaroni lengths, while central hole serves to support the journal of an axle carrying the helical blade which moves with a tight fit in grooves.</p> |
