PURPOSE: A rooftop door automatic opening apparatus is provided to prevent crimes by managing the rooftop door in state of being closed, and open the rooftop door to be used as a shelter in a fire or an electricity failure. CONSTITUTION: A rooftop door automatic opening apparatus includes a fire automatic detection equipment(10) preliminarily installed at a building, a control part(20) connected to a fire receiver(11) which is a constituent element of the fire automatic detection equipment for sensing a fire signal, an electricity failure state, and a manual operation state and supplying working power to a driving device(30), and the driving device operated according to a working signal of the control part, and a locking device(40) connected to the driving device for opening and shutting the rooftop door. |
