PURPOSE: To provide a pilot type two-port valve capable of smoothening the movement of a shaft having a valve element mounted thereon and minimizing the wear of a sealant or piston packing, having an excellent sealing property and an assembling and disassembling property, and facilitating the supply of a pressure fluid to a pressure working chamber. CONSTITUTION: In this pilot type two-port valve, a piston 18 connected to the valve element 25 through the shaft 15 is driven by the pilot fluid pressure supplied to and discharged from the pressure working chamber 17b on one side thereof to open and close a valve seat 8 by the valve element 25. The shaft 15 is screwed to the piston 18, the sealant 61 is interposed between them, and a retaining ring 64 for preventing the separation of the screwed piston is engaged with the shaft. The shaft 15 is supported through bearing 24 and 50 at both ends of the piston.
