PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a cup holder function to an armrest body while having a function as an armrest, use a cup holder in front of the armrest body, and prevent the content of a cup, a drink can or the like from splashing to the outside by vibration or the like during a driving. SOLUTION: One-side ends of a pair of right and left links 34 are pivotally supported between a recess 32 for a holder and the front end of the armrest body 30. To the other ends of the links 34, a cup holder 40 is attached. On the one-side ends of the links 34, a stopper pin 42 is formed, and the stopper pins 42 are inserted in arc-shape grooves 37 which are formed on the side sections of the armrest body 30. Thus, a housed state wherein the cup holder 40 is housed in the recess 32 for the holder, and a pulled-out state wherein the cup holder 40 is pulled out forward from the recess 32 for the holder of the armrest body 30 by turning the links 34 are obtained.
