PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide current carrying conditions suitable for electrical stimulus to improve a wrinkled and flabby skin and a facial treatment device employing these conditions. SOLUTION: A pair of conductive gloves 3a and 3b containing a silver as a conductive material are put on both hands wearing insulating gloves 16a and 16b. A minute current of combined alternating waveform consisting of a combination of various kinds of alternating waveforms in which an alternating square-wave having different patterns is carried on a face or the like from a current control device 1 via the conductive gloves 3a and 3b which are adhered on the surface of a face. Thus, the wrinkled and flabby skin can be improved.
