PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a required amount of a grinding fluid to a required position in a grinding wheel rotating at a high speed and simplify its constitution effectively. SOLUTION: A nozzle means 32 includes a nozzle member 34 having an opening part 42 having a prescribed shape meeting the shape of the grinding site, with separating wall members 44, 46 disposed inside the nozzle member 34. The separating wall members 44, 46 are set so as to be spaced differently, respectively, from the one end 34a of the nozzle member 34, thus it is possible to supply a required amount of a grinding fluid 30 to a required position in an area to be ground without being affected by airflow pressure caused by the rotation of the grinding wheel.
