PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase mounting rigidity of a first chip mounted on a peripheral surface of a cutter main body in a cutter shaft direction, to eliminate chattering and to stabilize dimensional accuracy. SOLUTION: On both end faces 22A, 22B sides of a peripheral surface 22C of a cutter main body 22 forming an annular shape, a first chip mounting seat 23 is arranged in a zigzag shape along a peripheral direction. On the peripheral surface 22C side of both the end faces 22A, 22B of the cutter main body 22, a second mounting seat 25 is formed so as to be substantially arranged side by side with the chip mounting seat 23 along the peripheral direction. The first chip mounting seat 23 comprises a receiving part 31 for supporting the first chip 4a mounted on the chip mounting seat 23 in the cutter shaft direction. The receiving part 31 is extended in the cutter shaft direction till the receiving part 31 is overlapped with the second chip 4b by a cutter radial direction view.
