摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for blowing gas into a molten metal using a cylinder-mounted ladle which is favorable in ensuring the gas back pressure in a suction passage of a suction plug during the small capacity gas blowing, and more favorable in improving the durability of the suction plug and the service life, and the cylinder-mounted ladle. SOLUTION: The ladle 1 comprises a molten metal storage chamber 11, the injection plug 2 and an accumulated cylinder 50 integratedly equipped with the bottom or the side of the ladle. The large capacity gas suction is achieved to feed a large capacity of gas per unit time into injection passage 3 of the injection plug 2 from a gas source 4. A plurality of the injection passage 3 of the injection plug 2 are penetrated along the axis of the injection plug 2, and the gas back pressure in the injection passage 3 during the small capacity gas suction is ensured, and invasion of the molten metal into the injection passages 3 is suppressed during the small capacity gas suction.
