An NBR composition comprising: an NBR; (A) a carbocyclic phosphite compound represented by the following general formula,wherein R is an alkyl group having a carbon number of integer of 8 to 24, or a mono-, di- or tri- submitted phenyl group by alkyl group having a carbon number of integer of 1 to 10; (B) an acid phosphoric ester compound represented by the following general formula and having an acid value of about 150 to 800 KOHmg/g.wherein R' is hydrogen or an alkyl group having a carbon number of integer of 1 to 13, and R'' is an alkyl group having a carbon number of integer of 1 to 13; (C) an ethylene-alpha-olefin type copolymer rubber having a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 104 to 106; and (D) a liquid NBR.
