PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading device for efficiently unloading a fish storage case being kept in a hold. SOLUTION: A lift conveyor 10 is installed in a hold 1. The lift conveyor 10 has a pair of supporting members 19 opposed to each other from side to side and mounted on a pair of right and left chains 16 so as to be spaced from each other in the moving direction of the chains 16 and a table 21 oscillatingly supported at one end by a pair of supporting members 19 opposed to each other from side to side, the table 21 being held in approximately horizontal attitude and moved along a carrier side running passage moving upward or moved along a return side running passage moving downward in the attitude of being suspended down from the supporting members 19, whereby the longitudinal size is reduced to permit the installation in the hold. The lift conveyor allows the unloading of the fish storage case in the hold for efficient unloading work.
