PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete vulcanization molding in a sufficiently short time. SOLUTION: A raw tire 4 in which a belt member 56 and bead wires 52 are embedded in the tire inside of a tread part 4a and bead parts 4c, 4c' respectively is vulcanization-molded. A split mold 26 which houses the tire 4 and has an upper bead ring 40 contacted with the bead parts 4c, 4c' of the tire 4, the first induction heating coil 18 which is embedded in the upper bead ring 40 and produces the first high frequency magnetic field, and the second induction-heating coil 23 which is arranged around the split mold 26 and produces the second high frequency magnetic field are provided.
