PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush, which can sufficiently impregnate and retain a solution, and can suitably be used for operation such as coating, polishing, cleaning, etc. SOLUTION: A periphery of a bristle bundle 2 is surrounded by a fabric material 3. A brush body 1 is provided wherein an end surface of the bristle bundle 2a is exposed. Thereby, power of impregnating and retaining water of the brush body 1 is improved, and deformation of the bristle bundle at the time of using is decreased and the solution is well retained. The brush having flexibility and strength is obtained, wherein the tips of the bristles can be used.
