PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a doctor blade easy to manufacture and in a mass production at a low manufacturing cost and capable of easily regulating a Vickers hardness to become about 900 by regulating a heat treating temperature and a heat treating time and having a longer lifetime than that of a conventional ceramic doctor even by having the Vickers hardness lower by 100. SOLUTION: A raw material for the doctor blade is obtained by squeezing and hyperfinely granulating rice bran to hyperfine particle powder to a size of submicrons of a large quantity is dispersed in a high temperature heat resistant polymer. The material is extrusion molded from a nozzle of a sectional shape of the blade of an extrusion molding machine to mold the material to a continued thin film strip-like state. The material is then heated to a high temperature in a vacuum state, cured, made to ceramics and cut in a predetermined length.
