PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slitter, capable of adjusting the deviation of a circular cutter, for each spacer in which the thin and sharply edged circular cutter are put. SOLUTION: A tape cutting circular cutter knife has a first spacer 10, a second spacer 20 and a circular cutter 30. The first spacer 10 has a first tapped hole 1 provided in the side face 11 in parallel to the center axis of a rotating shaft 50, in which a first screw 8 is mounted for adjusting the deviation of the circular cutter 30 in the direction of the center axis, and a second tapped hole 2 arranged parallel to but different in phase from the first tapped hole 1. The second spacer 20 has a third tapped hole 3 provided at the same position as the second tapped hole 2 for fixing a second screw 4 inserted in the second tapped hole 2. The circular cutter 30 is held between the first and second spacers 10, 20 and fixed with the second screw 4. The deviation of the circular cutter 30 is adjusted with the movement of the first screw 8 forward and backward.
